Core Challenge Day 1– High Plank
You made it. Welcome to Day 1 of the Core Challenge.
[I know- a bunch of reading…Only today to explain the program!!]
In this challenge, we’re doing 3 things:
- Adding more time each day, we’re gradually building and getting stronger in a static plank.
- (NOTE – this is based on the individual’s time! We will first get a baseline time for your plank – so anyone, no matter what level, will feel successful through this challenge.)
- Each day, we work on different variations of planks. Keep it fresh, fun, and exciting!
